This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Mega Marble Blast (the "Game," "we," "us," or "our"), published by Ramram Dev, handles information when you install and play it. By using the Game you agree to the practices described here.
The Game does not collect, request, or transmit any of the following:
To let you continue where you left off, the Game saves a small amount of data in the app's local storage on your device only. This includes:
This information stays on your device, is not readable by us, and is not uploaded anywhere. It is removed when you clear the app's storage/data or uninstall the Game.
The Game is designed to be played offline. It declares the standard Android
INTERNET permission because the app framework it is built on
(Capacitor) includes it by default, and because the Game loads its display fonts
from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com).
When those fonts are requested, Google may receive your device's IP address and
standard request information as part of serving them, as described in
Google's Privacy Policy.
The Game itself does not use this connection to send any personal information to the
developer, and it operates no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
The Game is distributed through the Google Play Store. When you download, install, or update the Game, Google collects and processes information under its own terms, independently of us. Google Play may also provide us with aggregated, non-identifying statistics (for example, total install counts, country-level breakdowns, crash rates, and star ratings). We cannot use this information to identify individual players. Please review the Google Privacy Policy for details on Google's practices.
The Game contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no social or tracking SDKs. Nothing in the Game builds a profile of you or follows your activity across other apps or websites.
The Game is family-friendly and is not directed at any particular age group. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it likewise collects no personal information from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Since the Game does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed in a breach. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own operating-system security and any screen lock or encryption you have enabled.
You are always in control of the only data the Game creates:
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. As explained above, we hold no such data about you, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase on your behalf.
The Game can be played worldwide. Because it does not send personal data off your device to us, no international transfer of your personal data by the developer takes place. Any data handling by Google (Play Store, Google Fonts) is governed by Google's own policies and infrastructure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the Game adds a new feature. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, note the change in the app's store listing. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the Game's handling of data, contact the developer:
